I am 37 and pregnant with my third child. At 12 weeks I tested positive for Chlamydia. I had a second test from a different lab which also confirmed positive. The first was DNA, the second NAAT, both Nonculture. I was last tested (negative) for Chlamydia during a previous pregnancy almost 2 years ago. I have not been with anyone other than my husband for more than 10 years and I trust that he has not been either. Given that, how could I have contracted Chlamydia? Are there any issues with pregnancy that may lead to (2) false positive test results?
