It is doubtful, but there have been a few. Of course they are very risky, increased chance of miscarriage, placenta previa, other placental abnormalities, etc. Most docs will only do an ablation if you have permanent sterilization-tubal, vasectomy or essure. Hope this helps...Dr. von Almen
