It sounds to me like you need a gyn exam to be certain there is nothing abnormal within your vagina, and to see if there is something causing the bleeding. My first thought for the pain was perhaps a retroverted uterus, which causes discomfort when the man is on top and moved. This is determined by a pelvic exam, and improved by doing different positions for intercourse.
