I personally do not recommended taking HRT and smoking. Also, you do
know that the smoking is making your perimenopause worse ? I am not sure
women understand that. So, I would work to decrease the stress and
anxiety, and that will help with a multitude of things. You should not
take the birth control pill because of the smoking. You might look more
into natural ways of treating perimeniopause, with natural estrogens.
Less risk because you smoke.
I know quitting smoking is hard. Been there and done that. But, I know
that my health is better for it, now that I am in menopause.
