If you are having so many preg symptoms, a test would usually be positive. I would continue to act 'as if' you are pregnant, and track your symptoms. Also, plotting your cycles might be helpful, to see if you ovulate. Of course, if you ovulate, you aren't pregnant. But, it sounds suspicious. If you are having any kind of pain, I would investigate and ectopic, as sometimes a test doesn't show positive. But SS of pregnancy that don't go away really raises suspicion.
