You can start keeping track of your symptoms/signs now, while continuing with your pills. Look at the window of possible conception, and try a preg test at around 4 weeks from that time. Normally you'd do a test a week past a missed period, but that seems unclear, based on your history. Pregnancy is always possible in such a situation, but agreed, it is hard to determine when/if conception occurred.
