I have Polycystic Ovaries and Crohn's. I recently found out that my spleen is enlarged and my liver has some spots around it. My questions (and if anyone can help) is can an enlarged spleen prevent your period from starting? I know I should ask the doctor but I am curious now! I see my OB next Thursday but I am curious! I have not had a period since June, I am NOT pregnant. I was thinking it might be a Cyst again (I had a cyst the size of a cabbage on my right ovary when I was 15 and had some of my fallopian tube and some of my ovary removed as a result). As I have been reading more about the Enlarged Spleen, it says it presses against other organs and well, I don’t know... I was just curious to see if MAYBE, just MAYBE it would be that or the Cyst.
