Hard to say. Does sound like a hemorrhoid, but probably needs to be seen by someone who can give you an opinion about it. Do research on hemorrhoids, and work on your diet, stress, etc, etc, and see if things change.

I encourage folks to avoid surgery if possible, as that doesn't totally take care of the problem if there are other things going on.
