It is time to go the OR and have as much exposed mesh removed as
possible. A systemic antibiotic would help as the mesh probably has
some infection. Followed by many months of vaginal estrogen cream
nightly or every other night. This can heal, erosion is the number one
long term complication of mesh but it can heal if the exposed portion is
completely removed. Patience is a virtue in a situation like this.
