What I was wondering is if I have to take my Fioricet something (for example) in the beginning of my BC pack, does it effect it for the entire cycle? And how much does it decrease my birth controls effectiveness? My partner and I don't normally use condoms but he never ejaculates inside me. I'm just trying to get a straight answer on just how this medicine really effects my birth control, considering it is the only thing that works for my migraines. Thanks!
