You can try a Colpexin sphere which is a pessary like device that even
strengthens the pelvic floor. At such a young age I would steer clear
of synthetic mesh until there is more longterm data. At this time the
experience with synthetic mesh is only months, not yet years long
(except for the TVT/TOT for incontinence). You should consult a
urogynecologist and consider a cystocele repair with or without
paravaginal repair, and cervical suspension to the uterosacral ligaments
which can be done laparoscopically or vaginally. If further pregnancies
are desired, you should consider Cesarean delivery.
