Hi I am dealing with the same thing. Except, I have Endometriosis. I had two laparoscopies done, one in March and one in July. They excised on the last one, but my pains are constant in my pelvic region like pressure/cramps and now spasms. My lower back has been hurting for quite a while as well. My specialist told me to see someone about neauromuscualr maniluplation. I had 2 treatments and found like it was a dead end. So, I am kind of starting over on the drawing board. I have to see my primary care phys. on monday and i will see what she recomends, possible x-rays, sonagram, anything. Have you done any blood work yet? I will let you know what she says. in the mean time you may want to go to the health food store and pick up a tincture that is Cramp Bark. Should help with the pain and all. Let me know on your end. feel better. -n
