IMHO, you shouldn't be having pain three weeks after a LEEP procedure. I would contact your GYN provider and discuss these discomforts with them. The discharge is hard to tell, unless it is bacterial vaginosis, which has more of a fishy smell. In any event, worth at least a phone call.
