CONTRACEPTION: Starting BCP after birthFrom: Melissa L (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 3 Aug 2007 18:03:23 -0500 (CDT)
I asked my doctor this today when I went in for a 1 week post partum follow-up, but for some reason, I can't remember what she said... She gave me Yaz to start to take as birth control and cycle/hormone regulation, but for some reason I can't remember when she said to start it... does 2 or 3 weeks after giving birth sound right to everyone else? Or is it 2 to 3 weeks after the bleeding stops? I am not breastfeeding or pumping, so I am going right to Yaz instead of a mini pill, but can't remember when she said to start, lol... Thanks in advance....
