PREGNANCY: BCP and Pregnancy

I got pregnant with my first daughter on the first month of trying. My second daughter was on the second month. I always had a regular 28 day cycle until my second daughter was born. Then it got shot to hades. According to my obgyn, I was still having a regular cycle (I charted because I was having excruciating pain and a lot of bleeding - so I charted pain and bleeding). He pointed on the calendar according to the charts, that I was still having a regular cycle, just abnormal bleeding in between. So he put me on a birth control pill - Seasonale. made it worse. I went through about 7 pills. Because of pain (had a lap that showed thin filmy adhesions on left ovary, tube, bowel, and peritineum wall that were taken down), I went continuous on Loestrin. It was also documented via US that I was still ovulating on birth control pills. Don't worry I have used back up since then!

My treatment plan is continuous loestrin and the prometrium days 12-21 of the pill pack. I plan to stop loestrin and prometrium Nov. 1st in order to get pregnant. My questions are: will I go back to a regular cycle and does it happen right away? How likely is it to get pregnant right away? Is it possible to still cycle on the pill and what does that mean? My obgyn because of my history of pelvic pain said to stop the pill and prometrium and get pregnant as soon as possible to avoid issues. THANKS!!!
