PREGNANCY: 8w0d Measuring 6w0d, sure of dates

Is there need for concern when I measure this far behind? At 7 weeks there was a gest. sac and yolk sac measuring 5w4d. At 8w0d there was an embryo measuring 6w0d (crown to rump) with a heartbeat = 182bpm. I was bbt charting and using opks and am sure of my o date +/- 2 days. Not 2 weeks???

So what could be the cause and is it a bad thing being slow to grow?

Also, The heartrate looks high compared to info I have found, especially if I am only 6 weeks.

I do have a history of m/c and have a hetero. MTHFR mutation. I am on 3600mg of asacol for Ulcerative colitis. Thanks you for any info.
