Hi,

I have had four abdominal surgeries, 3 laporoscopies, and my rt. ovary removed (during one of my abdominal surgeries). Healing takes time and patience. You can't heal your body much more quickly than 6 - 8 weeks. It is best to follow your doctors instructions and heal completely than to be too active too quickly and have possible complications. I know it sucks to have to lay around and do nothing, but it is what is necessary to make a complete recovery.

Good luck and feel better soon!
