Wise you are to avoid any medications at this point in time. Perhaps it is a hormonal reaction and it will get better as things progress. In the meantime, do peaceful things at night, including writing out what concerns you, even coming up with an action plan, and also doing relaxing things, like reading, a warm bath, eating something before bedtime. ,
