This has been going on for 5 nights, ever since I found out I was pregnant. Prior to that I was sleeping great. I go to sleep exhausted but wake up after 1 hour of sleep then basically can't get back into any deep sleep. My 1st ob visit is next thurs. I am scared to take any meds. Any suggestions...
