Theoretically, Plan B will not cause a period. If taken as you have
stated, it just prevents a pregnancy from occurring with high levels of
hormones. It
s possible you were either pregnant before using it, or became pregnant
after using it, or aren't pregnant at all. I think keeping track of
things is important, along with doing a test if you start experiencing
symptoms.
Plan B might change the nature and character of your period, pehaps, but
what you describe doesn't sound likely.
