There are any number of possibilities here including a silent twin
pregnancy that was lost but not aborted early in one of her other
pregnancies. The most important fact is that the cavity has been
evaluated and she has no evidence of endometrial anaplasia. With this
you can proceed with whatever procedure you want depending upon your
future pregnancy desires, etc.
