I would recommend you track your cycles very carefully, and learn the signs and symptoms of ovulation. It is hard to predict when you will be ovulating, and knowing the signs is very helpful information. It is difficult to predict, as everyone is different. Your body needs to improve how it uses insulin, and this is enhances with regular exercise and a lower carbohydrate diet. All of these things work together.
