The irreg bleeding and even the estrogen deficiency might be associated
with the implanton. It is doubtful that it was a deeper tear. The
tissues are very strong, and take quite a bit of trauma to be damaged
(like a sharp instrument, for example). AT least that has been my
experience. But, certaintly its worth tracking, and discussing with
your gyn provider. The key is to determine the cause. It is probably
something simple, but you can't assume that.
