On June 16th I started what I thought would be a normal menstrual period. I continued to bleed approximately the same volume for another 20 days. Until July 6th. On the 5th I had an appointment with my family doctor and after voicing my concerns he prescribed me a progesterone pill. 10 days worth. On the 6th I started taking these pills and subsequently I stopped bleeding. I took the last pill yesterday morning (the 15th of July). Now with it being more than 24 hours since I took my last dose. Again I have started bleeding. A little of my gyno-history. I have one child who is 2 years old. I had a set of still-born twins that died because of mono-amniotic issues and a forked umbilical cord. I have also 3 months ago miscarried a child in the first 2 months of pregnancy. And I have abnormal cell development on my cervix. All of my pap smears have been ok, except for the cell development. I have no STD's. My family history puts me at risk for ovarian, uterarian, and cervical cancer. Everything besides the bleeding seems to be absolutely normal. My Question is...What more is there that I can do? And what could this possibly be?
