It really doesn't matter when you start them. The key is to start them at the beginning of your cycle, when you are certain that you aren't pregnant. So, starting at the beginning of your period, or the first Sunday of your period just gets you going. You will continue with your current period (which is the end of one cycle, beginning of a new cycle), and then on your next cycle, you will have some kind of period on the spacer pills. Don't be too concerned about it.
