PREGNANCY: Late Period, Please ReadFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 12 Jul 2007 12:03:43 -0500 (CDT)
I have been taking clomid days 5-9 since March. I did two rounds like that, then took a month off. This month I did clomid days 3-7 with estrogen pills days 8-12. We started trying on day 10, and tried every other day until I got a positive on an ovulation predictor kit on day 14. On days 14-18 we tried daily. When I did the clomid days 5-9, my period started on day 34-35. Today is day 36, and I still have not had a period. I did a hpt on day 35 in the morning, but it was negative. I thought taking the clomid on days 3-7 would make my period come sooner (it made the positive opk come sooner, the other two times it didn't come until day 17). Is it possible that I am pregnant even though the hpt on day 35 was negative, given that I got the positive on the opk on day 14? I haven't really had many symptoms, and my breasts are just starting to get tender today. Normally they start hurting a week before my period starts. I have been tired, but not more than usual for before my period. The only difference is I was very moody for the past two days. Any answers would be appreciated. I don't want to waste money on more hpt if there is no possibility I could be pregnant, but don't want to assume it is impossible if it isn't.
