I would call your gyn provider. Severe pain that is getting worse is
concerning. Things that come to mind are: an ectopic pregnancy in the
left tube, or perhaps a uterine perforation of the IUD. Kidney
infections and bowel issues don't seem to fit, based on what you have
said.
