Thank you for the information! I had success losing the first 30 by
eating healthy food and exercising every day. But when my pack injuries
started in March I wasn't able to exercise much if at all so I have only
lost about 5 pounds since March! I'd really like to get pregnant now but
I think that I'm going to focus on getting healthy in the next 6 months
and try after that.
