I actually didn't have the pelvic exam done because of back pain (I wasn't able to lie back for the exam). So she prescribed Diflucan for me without the test for yeast. If it is BV, would it have gotten better w/ the diflucan? Because mine did get better for 2 weeks then came back. I am on an antibiotic now - which is why (I think) it came back - but have not been on one in a long time. I will track my diet to see if that is the cause. I am not diabetic - they checked my blood sugar levels when doing some lab work for some stomach stuff that's going on.
