Are you on any birth control methods ? Are you sexually active ? Sounds like you need to check with your gyn provider. Normally one doesn't bleed for two weeks, without some other consideration. Brownish vs red suggest a tapering off, or mild sloughing. But, still needs to be discussed with your gyn provider.

I'm 17 years old and I have had my period for over 2 weeks but I am not sure if it is really a problem.This is the first time it ever lasted over 4 days.Should I be very concerned? It is a brown color .So I'm not sure what to do. Please give me your opinion.
