Please contact your gyn provider and get this evaluated. YOur gyn provider is used to seeing things like this, and can really evaluate it. Is possible you need an antibiotic of some sort, or a special cream which they can recommend.

Another option is to sit in warm water and soak the area several times a day. Called a sitz bath. But, if it persists please see your gyn provider.
