Hi there, this is an embarassing topic to talk about - hence why i've come online to search answers rather than going straight to a doctor. about 3 months ago....my bum started to get really itchy. at first i thought i had worms - so i asked my mum to buy me some worm tablets. i was convinced it must be worms as i only had an itchy anas at night time. but after taking the worm tablets i noticed no difference at all. over the past 3 months...if anything my anas has become more itchy and there are 2 lumps on the entrance of my anas...the lumps have grown in size and now kind of hurt to touch. it is incredibly itchy - yet only itchy at night just before i go to bed. i am not sexually active and im a very healthy and fit 20 year old woman. i eat well and i exercise. i've never before had a problem in this area...and so it's really frustrating me. i'm too embarrassed to see a doctor coz the idea of turning around and opening my bum to them is enough to make me cringe! ive looked in the mirror and it looks red and slightly inflamed...(prob from my itching) and there are 2 small lumps on the entrance...almost look like pimples and feel like pimples yet they don't pop. PLease PLEASE does anyone have any idea what it could be or what cream i could use to get rid of this?? Thankyou!
