I would make contact with a gyn provider at the altitude you are living, and discuss your concerns with them. If it has only been a few weeks, perhaps the shortness of breath will resolve. But, that concerns me. The scant bleeding might be okay, and perhaps will normalize after you have been there for awhile. But, establish conctact with your gyn provider locally and discuss your concerns with them.
