ENDOMETRIOSIS: Could I have endo?

I had an ectopic about 6.5 years ago. I was 6 weeks along and didn't know (I had been spotting which I thought my was period). When I tested positive for preg at Planned Parenthood, they gave me an ectopic sheet. Two days later I was feeling pain and went to the emergency room. I had to have emergency surgery where they were able to repair the right tube but it had some damage. My mother says she remembers them saying preg is still a possibility for me on that side... I am not sure. I had blood pooling in my stomach it was so bad.

In the last few years my periods have been more painful on the first day or two, especially coming from the right side every other month. If I do not head the pain off with 600-800 mg Ibuprofen, the pain is almost unbearable. I want to faint or vomit. The left side is much less painful. On the months when it is from my right, light aching on the right side continues for almost two weeks after the first day of my mense. My bleeding has gotten longer and heavier in the last couple years too.

I told my MD that I am concerned about endo - she thinks it is a valid concern... but suggested no further testing at this time. She suggested the pill Yas to see if it helps. I am not sure I should take Yas (I made another post about this) since I have been diagnosed with high risk HPV, but not high grade lesions.

What should I do? Should I be tested for endo? I am 25 and definitely want children in a few years.
