I just had a baby in march. My husband and I were having sex when he accidentally slipped and jabbed into my perineum causing a pretty big tear. Should I care for it as I did my episiotomy? Is this something that I should see my doctor about or just let it heal on it's own? The tear blead a lot but it didn't tear all the way through but it is about an inch long and a half an inch wide.
