I am not so sure I agree with all of the inforamtion you ahve been given. If the cream has helped heal the tear, and she has now been off the pill for awhile, it is hard to know what is happening. Pain and bleeding might be associated with other things. She shouldn't need hormone treatments. You didn't mention her age. You really need to discuss this with her gyn provider, to get a clear picture of what is happening. I don't care for too much hormone manipulation, and that is what sound like has been happening. The pill can change a woman't hormone feelings, as it is a synthetic of natural hormones. So, going off of them helps.

Perhaps another type of pill would be more well received by her body. Has she tried a good family planning clinic like Planned Parenthood ? They can usually provide accurate inforamtion and offer reduced rates for programs. There are other methods also that might work better for her.
