It is possible this is implantaion pain, but unusual. Or ovulation pain, but a bit late. The only other though is an ectopic pregnancy, so watch the pain, and keep track of it. I would wait and see now, as the pain has stopped. Keep a careful diary of all of your ss and if the pain persists/returns, contact your gyn provider.
