My husband and I are trying to conceive. I took clomid and estrogen this month, and had a positive surge last Wednesday. We had sex that night, and every night after through Sunday, just to cover the bases. On Monday evening, I began having a strange pain/cramp that felt like the right side of my uterus. I have endo, so I am pretty familiar with what area is hurting. I have never had pain like this before. It was only on the right side, and lasted just a few hours. Is it possible that I was having implantation pain? I got the positive on the ovulation kit Wednesday morning at 10am, the pain started the following Monday at around 6pm.
