Previous message: anonymous@obgyn.net: "Re: GENERAL: Lost IUD problems?" Hi, I had my right ovary removed 6 weeks ago tomorrow. My first period was within a week of the op and was normal. This is my second period and a few days into it it got really painful across my abdomen and I had heavy bleeding - neither of which I have had before (to the best of my recollection). I am on BC and so the date I start and end should be regulated but I am now 2 days over when I always end and I am still bleeding very lightly. Has anyone else had this experience? Or does anyone know what the cause can be? I am still due for my post-op check up but am worrying about this now and would like to see if anyone knows what it can be.
