When I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts my doctor said to wait 6 weeks and he wanted to see how I was doing. He said many times the cyst will go away naturally after 1 or 2 periods. When I went back the cyst did indeed go away on its own. http://www.hopeforfibroids.org/journey3yrs9mos.html#cysts
