I had an ultrasound on may 16 and the report says small "complex" ovarian cyst measuring 1.8x1.7x1.5 cm. with a few internal echoes probably due to septation or hemmoragich cyst. minimal amount of free fluid seen in cul de sac. WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN!!!!! My aunt has ovarian cancer and this diagnosis is driving me crazy. My OB says not to be worried but i cant help it I dont like the word complex. Please someone ease my mind.
