ADHESIONS: Severe neurological complications c-section

I had a c-section with my first son in november of last year ('06). Since I woke up I've been in pain. It's now nearly 7 months, and no releif. I have abdominal pain when I go to the bathroom (regardless of what I do), and problems with control. I have muscle spasms so bad that I can't sit or stand for extended periods of time. I have been diagnosed with IBS, which I never had before. I have also been told that one of my nerves in my leg died and three nerve groups compensated for it. I'm now losing control of my left thumb due to severe muscle cramping. T have so many problems that I never had. I used to be an active thriving triathelete and now I can't even rock my son to sleep without being afraid of dropping him because I don't know when a muscle spasm will occur. He can't even climb on me becuase the incision is still extremely tender to the touch. I don't know where to turn anymore. I've been refused to be seen by doctors, and those whose care I'm under do not know what is wrong. I go for tests once a month and still more findings with little answer or resolve. DO you know of a specialist who understands c-section complications, or has anyone heard of these types of complications? I have researched things on the internet and have found multiple infections with one or two of the same symptoms, but no one with the same series of symptoms, and all that I've found I've communicated with doctors and have been tested for (negative results).

All I'm looking for is an idea of where else to turn, or who else to ask. I know that it would be virtually impossible to get a diagnosis without an examination, but I just need answers because I want my son to know his mom, as mom was before she became so sick.
