Menses resumed after 30 days. Cycles have been regular (26-28 day cycle), however, the bleeding pattern is unusual. I do not bleed freely, only when straining (i.e., during a bowel movement or urination). There is little to no blood on my pad between bathroom breaks. My tampons are almost always dry. We've been TTC for about 3 months now with no success. What could be the cause of this strange bleeding pattern? Thanks!
