I had my left ovary removed due to painful frequent cysts. Not more than three months later I started having functional cysts rupture on my right ovary. In fact I've had two 4/28 and 5/29 both came with an on set of horrible acne. My face is staritng to break out agin and I'm wondering if I'm not going to have another one this month. I just got rid of my left ovary thinking that would solve my problem. I am taking Orthotricycline now. I was on Devcon 50? at some point trying to slow the cyst and got endo during that time and had to go on lupron. I am sooo tired of having cysts. Regardless of how small they are it stil takes me a week or longer to recover becuse mine always rupture. If I get lucky (hahhahha) and they don;t rupture then they get surgically removed after they are larger than a grapefruit or my own uterus. What else can I do?? Is there an alternative? COuld I have ahormone problem? My doctor says my ovary are just overactive and are just trying to do their job despite my taking BC. I love my Doc he is the best. I believe everything he says but I if I could find something else to take him to try I would. I'm getting desperate can't remove the other one its the only one I have left.
