ENDOVAGINAL SONOGRAM FINDINGS: Uterus is anteverted. It is enlarged and inhomogeneous. It measures 11.2 cm long x 5.2 cm AP x 7.2 cm transverse. The endometrial stripe measures 10 mm AP. There is a posterior fundal fibroid that measures 2.5 cm. Both ovaries were visualized. The right ovary measures 3.4 x 2.0 x 3.1 cm. The left ovary measures 3.8 x 2.5 x 3.7 cm. The ovaries show normal echotexture. No solid adnexal mass. No abnormal fluid collection in the posterior cul-de-sac.
