I have had a few, my dad has had fifty. LOTS of water. Flush that puppy out. It doesn't hurt once it makes it to the bladder. I have been told by many people that beer is the best home remedy because it makes you make more urine than other drinks. I have had to go to the doctor for pain meds. My dad has had them crushed and also removed. If you are in pain or having trouble using the bathroom you need to see a doctor.
