I was almost through with my period when I went in they said to expect some bleeding afterwards I bled for about 2-3 days and then stopped. I haven't been feeling very well for a copule of days and then last night I started bleeding again, I called my dr and talked to someone and they said that it was just my period. I am slightly concerened becuase I my period was litterally just ending when I went in to surgery. I had a laparotomy to remove a teratoma from my right ovary last August and suffered none of these kinds of side effects, from it I bled for 2-3 days and then stopped. The surgery in august started as a laparoscopy and then turned into a laparotomy I know this is slightly different as far as affects and such go but should I have started bleeding so soon after my period ended and I had stopped bleeding from the surgery I stopped bleeding in the afternoon of june 3rd and did not bleed for 4 days.
