Thank you for the fast reply! I DO NOT have a cervix so I am wondering if this could be the reason I cannot place it properly. My doctor prescribed, at my request over the phone. I have read all of the insert instructions and studied the diagram. I did have a diaphram once about 25 years ago. I also had my cervix at that time so I didn't have much trouble that I can recall. I guess I am just wondering how far back should it really be? A fingers length or more than that? Since I have no cervix, I feel like I have no way to gage it. Any advice would be appreciated!
