Please make an appointment with your GYN as soon as possible - today. You need to have the bump cultured. It could be HSV or condoloma (HPV). Typically with a herpetic infection (HSV) you will notice tingling, burning as well as soreness, fever and a general malaise are also key symptoms. Please have it checked out. It may be nothing, but it sounds like something.
