INFERTILITY: HRT and uterine liningFrom: goldengirl817 (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 5 Jun 2007 18:26:42 -0500 (CDT)
I have a severe case of hypothalamic amenorrhea (estradiol levels below 20). I have been on estrace 1 mg/day for about 5 weeks. I went in for an ultrasound today and my uterine lining was 10 mm and there were a few small follicles on my ovaries. Does this mean I have regained some function or is a 10 mm lining normal for being on HRT? I thought it shouldn't build up that much. Thanks.
